Program Information

Hours of Operation

Siemens Child Development Center is open Monday-Friday 7:45 - 5:00. We offer full day, year round care and education for children birth to five-years-old. Full time (5 days a week) and part time (TUTH or MWF) enrollment schedules are available.

Classrooms

The CDC has 7 classrooms and 2 studio spaces with the capacity to serve up to 80 children and their families per day. Careful attention to the development needs of each age group is reflected in the organization of classroom suites by age specific or mixed aged groupings.

Licensing and Accreditation

The Center is licensed by the State of Oregon through Oregon Child-Care Division and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. The Academy administers the only national, voluntary, professionally sponsored accreditation system for child care centers. The Center has participated in the accreditation process since its inception. Accredited programs undergo internal program review and evaluation as well as an external professional assessment to verify compliance with the Academy’s criteria and standards every 3-5 years. The Academy is a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the nation's largest professional organization of early childhood educators.
